Blanket (The Neighbour) (Poetry Month #27)

through whose cold threads unsheltered veg peeps a criminal sheltered from a barrage of light smashed pane of the cold frame meant to shield tenderness from harshness only too much later revelation of weakness as diagnosed condition upon which its employment turns. Time has not, nor will not help this grief.
